Rhiannon started her path as a healer more than 10 years ago as a massage therapist. She has worked in private practice and with chiropractors on various musculoskeletal issues benefiting many athletes and rehabilitating individuals in pain. Over the years she has deepened and expanded upon her dedication to the practice with the addition of a Master’s degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture from Bastyr University in Seattle. Much of her experience comes from various clinical settings in Seattle, hospital settings in Shang Hai, and treating people from the around the world on a European cruise ship. As a practitioner of Chinese medicine she has treated various ailments including: many different forms and causes of pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, sleeping disorders, anxiety, insomnia, menstrual disorders, infertility, bell’s palsy, common colds, many digestive complaints, addictions, etc.
As an acupuncturist she is both California board licensed as well as nationally certified. She is also California state and nationally certified in massage therapy.
Her passion lies in the health of her patients and, therefore, in her own health. When she is not treating patients, researching conditions and continuing education to better herself as a clinician she exemplifies the importance of self care through organic whole food cooking, yoga practice, hiking in nature, gardening, hand spinning and weaving fibers, and many other practices oriented toward well-being.
